First, open a terminal and update Ubuntu 20.04
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

sudo apt autoremove
Now make sure that the livery updater is configured to look for new versions and not just the LTS.
To do this open your configuration file
sudo nano /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades
