For this, there is the Brave repository that contains the package ready to be installed.
So, open a terminal and install some necessary packages:
sudo apt install apt-transport-https curl gnupg
Then, download and add the GPG key from the repository so that the packages are signed and secure:
curl -s https://brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/brave-core.asc | sudo apt-key --keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/brave-browser-release.gpg add -
Now, add the Brave repository by running the following command:
echo "deb [arch=amd64] https://brave-browser-apt-release.s3.brave.com/ stable main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/brave-browser-release.list
Then, refresh APT
sudo apt update
And install Brave web browser by executing the following command:
sudo apt install brave-browser
And then, run it from the main menu.
