First step

The network name and password cannot be changed because they are automatically generated by the Android system. Remember that you must be connected to a wifi network or cellular data obviously.
Third step
After that, connect to the Hotspot using the password. Then go to wifi settings, select the network, and set the proxy server to manual. Then enter the address and port. In this case, they are:
Address: 192.168.49.1
Port: 8282
Finally, save the changes and that’s it!
